Justin Monorail goes solo today as we celebrate the beginning of Epcot's Festival of the Arts. Also, following the announcement of free dining plan packages for Disney+ subscribers, we break down the Disney Dining Plan and discuss different points of view on whether or not it might be valuable for Walt Disney World guests.
