Just a kid from Miami putting alot of love into making different pastelitos for the city he loves. Today you can find him at Ariete in Coconut Grove dishing out wild creations such as the Miami cheesesteak pastelito: A palomilla steak is chopped up and mixed with complete seasoning, lime juice, boiled yuca, and touches of cream and white cheddar. He has also collaborated with El Bagel's Matteson Koche to create a baklava pastelito. However, Pastelito's masterpiece is the frita pastelito, which set everything in motion a little over a year ago. We dove into her beginnings as an artist the road she has traversed to get to where she's currently at. Her new single “Afiladora” is littered with deep over-saturated bass, unapologetic lyrics, and sprinkled with that Westchester Miami flavor. Eddie Zamora is an International Foodie, Cuban Home Cook and Judge on the TV family competition series Dinner Takes All, airing on BYUtv. The series is produced by Keller/Noll, the creators of Food Network’s Chopped and Chopped Junior. Born and raised in Miami, Eddie is also a social media influencer. His handle The Yum Yum Foodie has 185K Instagram followers. Eddie’s fans follow him for his honest and entertaining reviews and recommendations for the best and worst places to eat, drink and stay from all around the world. We chopped it up about his experiences in South Florida and how it molded him.
