This poem - this poem - was adapted into a short film in 2000, and in the most 2000 way possible. Lots of browns and yellows in the color palate, and the star of the short is inexplicably in her underwear.

Does this series pay off everything it's been setting up? Of course not. This week on King Me, it's one of the most boring things we've ever covered, CASTLE ROCK SEASON 1 PART 2. But we did have fun destroying this piece.

GRAMLINS?! The second episode of our Joe Dante miniseries covers an absolute masterpiece in the canon of both of our favorite genres: kids’ horror comedy and live action cartoon genre. We…DO talk about the book? Clearly we’ve forgotten the faces of our fathers. Given the stature of the Dark Tower series within Stephen King’s body of work (and given that these are some of the only books Dan’s ever read), we had no choice but to break the King Me Promise and discuss the source material for this one.
