John Greenwald is best known as the creator of the Black Vault, a web site that houses thousands of UFO related documents obtained through FOIA for a wide variety of government agencies. He has been the master of ceremonies at many UFO conferences and symposiums and is one of the leaders in the UFO community.

Nick Redfern - Nick’s latest book is Roswell UFO Conspiracy: Exposing a Shocking and Sinister Secret. This is an update of his book, Body Snatchers in the Desert which suggested a US government experiment using captured Japanese soldiers that went horribly wrong.Nick had written a number of books about UFOs and UFO related phenomena. I think he is trying to take the record for the most UFO books from Brad Steiger (though there are those who say I have written the most). Now we have Roswell books that are sort of competing. Mine suggests that the evidence is conclusive to reach any mutually accepted conclusion and Nick’s new book continues on the theme of a failed government project.

David Halperin - In the 1960s, David Halperin was a teenage UFOlogist. He grew up to become a professor of religious studies—his specialty, religious traditions of heavenly ascent and otherworldly journeys. He taught history of Judaism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1976 through 2000. He’s published five books and numerous articles on Jewish mysticism and messianism, and one novel, Journal of a UFO Investigator, which draws on his teenage dreams and fantasies as well as the UFO scene of the early 1960s. After serving in Vietnam, Japan and Korea, he was assigned to Bentwaters as deputy commander. The Rendlesham Forest incident of late December 1980 occurred shortly afterwards.   In the late hours of December 27, and early December 28, 1980 then Lieutenant Colonel Halt led a patrol to investigate an alleged UFO landing site near the eastern edge of Rendlesham Forest. During this investigation they witnessed several unidentified lights, most prominent of them being a bright flashing light in the direction of Orford Ness. In January 1981 Halt composed an official Air Force memorandum listing details of the events. The memo was then dispatched to the Ministry of Defence. Barry Greenwood has pursued the UFO topic since 1964. He has served as an investigator and state section director for Massachusetts MUFON for ten years. He specializes in researching government documents in the late 1970s which lead to the 1984 publication of Clear Intent written with Larry Fawcett. He edited the newsletter "Just Cause" for "Citizens Against UFO Secrecy" (CAUS) from 1984 to 1998. Brenda McClurkin works with the Special Collections at the University of Texas at Arlington.  Part of that collection is tens of thousands of photographs taken by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram over the decades. She has worked with several people in an attempt to read what we all call the Ramey Memo, which is a document held by Brigadier General Roger Ramey in his office on July 8, 1947. It was a series of photographs taken by Fort Worth Star-Telegram Photographer J. Bond Johnson after the newspaper was alerted to the flying saucer debris was being sent from Roswell, New Mexico. In one of the photographs, Ramey is holding a document that is turned slightly toward the camera which can almost be read. Brenda was instrumental in getting permission for a team of researchers, using the latest equipment and technology in to attempt to read the memo. Without her help and support, none of it would have happened.
