This is a recording of a live guided meditation that I led in Berlin on 23.9.18. The meditation focuses on the balance and polarity between self and other. This fundamental, primary axis of awareness is a place we all experience growth, challenge, joy and mystery throughout our lives. In this meditation I explore the felt-sense of relationships and ways we can come back to our own center and inner witness.
