The fourth Reverze Flashback with my name on it Wow... that's just amazing and I almost can't believe it! But it's true.... it happened last weekend because it was me behind the decks at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. Ofcourse with my trusted partner in crime: DJ Dark-E. This year we worked very hard on the Flashback. We wanted to surprise the crowd with some fresh tunes and kick ass remixes. But, with respect to the oldschool! I think we did a great job and and everybody at Reverze agreed. The place was on fire, people were dancing non stop and singing on top of their lungs. It was awesome! Time to relive it once more.... This was one of the best bookings I had in 2017. Playing prime time at a special event for retro fanatics was a dream come true. Together with Dark-E we destroyed the Expo in Ghent. Let's be honest! I've made some pretty shitty music throughout the years. I think of myself as a real DJ. I love to play music in clubs or at festivals but the whole making music part isn't my cup of tea! I think I lack the talent & patience to be a top notch producer! I did try, believe me... And I still do! Because in the end I really want to make my own music, even if it's not that good! I still learn everyday and even though I hate it I also love it! (It's complicated lol) These tracks are from a period I started releasing music. My very first tunes which were released on black vinyl! Back in 2008 my record company went bankrupt and fucked me over big time but that's ok. I learned the music business was a mean & hard world.
