Samm questions if this model of perfection is ultimately doing a disservice to our children by trying to protect them from the messiness and sometimes terrifying aspects of life that they will inevitably have to face someday.

The Significance of Gratitude

Each episode highlighted an online entrepreneur that I had come to admire and was actively following, I referred to them collectively as my Mental Advisory Board. This started an annual tradition and my annual gratitude practice. When I began this practice, I could have never imagined the significance it would play years later in my life. In this episode, I share with you the lesson that I have learned about the significance of gratitude. Our opportunities to express genuine gratitude should not be taken for granted. My Medical Qigong Story

To be honest, it's a fair question. It's not like I've been chatting about an interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine since I was a young girl and my recent sudden immersion into Eastern Philosophy justifies some sort of explanation. In this episode, I'll share my winding path to Medical Qigong. My hope is that my path might inspire or affirm the one you currently are on. I know that sometimes amidst the uncertainty of how something exactly fits are also the times where we must embrace the belief in something bigger than ourselves. We need to trust to evolve, to grow.
