The count is now up to 18 scholarship players that have entered their name in the transfer portal from Ohio State, with former 5-star WR Quincy Porter being the latest addition. It seems alarming on the surface, but this is the new normal in college football. Just look around at other programs and you will see this is true. Well, that did not go according to plan. Ohio State got down 14-0 early against Miami in the College Football Playoff quarterfinal at the Cotton Bowl and could not recover.
