The Whovian Review is back at AwesomeCon to reimagine Doctor Who through the scope of the Doctor as a villain. While the Doctor travels the universe with heroic intent, their actions tell a darker and more complex tale. Join us as we delve into the Doctor’s most villainous acts and elucidate the patterns of villainy that have been there all along.

Forget out of this world: this story is out of this universe! The Doctor, Romana, and K-9 are sucked into E-space (exo-space) where they face deadly mist and inadvertently recruit a teenager onto the TARDIS team.

Join us in our review of this story which answers the age-old question: what if the Doctor was imitated by a sentient cactus?

Googly eyed aliens posing as human assassin tradesmen who dont care about the life and death of inhabitants of the hive do not make for a very leisurely experience. The Doctor grows a beard, Romana is relegated to assistant to time experiments, K9 is destroyed by the ocean, and Argolis is a planet steeped in political intrigue. But what do we actually think of this 1980 story, the first one of the John Nathan-Turner era? Listen to find out if it was a success.

Soldeed steals the show when he becomes the most 'religious' leader in the history of the show. The Doctor and Romana, with the help of a certain robot dog, have to help a band of children sacrifices not become the sacrificed in this tale that includes the most pant ripping scene yet. Will we die of laughter in rating this story, or will we be scared out of our minds by the horrible Nimon?

Drug smuggling, monsters, a robot dog, and people getting high all make one wacky and zany story in the mythos that is Doctor Who. Will we get high off of our own laughter? 

Chock full of innuendos, but lacking in metal, the Doctor, Romana, and K9 traverse a dystopian, plant-based society. Will they be eaten by the creature from the pit? Only the stars can say.

Haemavores and a Vicar, an "invalid" and his nurse, a Commander and a Captain, an Evil from the Dawn of Time and a Doctor. These elements are joined by Russians, bombs, a baby named Audrey, chess, guns, lots of water, and a very adult Ace. The penultimate classic tale is one for the history books as it takes place in 1940's England, but has twists and turns throughout.  

Ace rediscovers the nature of the horror she encountered in an old abandoned spooky house, but well before she even arrives to the house to begin with. The Doctor and Ace are thrown into mystery and intrigue when they land in the home of Gabriel Chase, who is not exactly who he seems to be. The house servants and maids are scared to be there, Chase's daughter seems to have lost her mind, Redvers Fenn-Cooper never had his, Nimrod is completely out of his time, and Inspector Mackenzie wakes up after a very long nap. Will Ace be able to face her demons, or will she fall victim to Light and his scientific evil ways? Wicked!

Camelot!!!!! Boom!!!! Ace and the Doctor stumble into an Arthurian plot where Ace is pursued by Mordred and Morgaine, and the Doctor is mistakenly identified as Merlin. Or is he?! Brigadier Bambera meets Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge Stewart, and all hell breaks loose when the Destroyer arrives, literally!

Clowns! Murderous clowns! And a ring master. And a glowing hole. So much to fear amidst carnival music. Don't you dare go to the Greatest Show in the Galaxy!
