Lumberjanes by Grace Ellis, Noelle Stevenson, and Brooke A. Allen was our reading assignment this week. Lumberjanes is the tale of spunky scouts at a camp that is surrounded by magic and monsters. I Kill Giants is an amazing comic book that rips at the heart strings and made us all have the feels. Jeremiah, Drew, Marc, and Tim talk about the Joe Kelly and J.M. Ken Niimura crafted comic book from 2008 from Image Comics. The tears almost dropped while we recorded. We also talk about the first two issues of God Hates Astronauts by Ryan Browne which is just as irreverent as the first collected volume. Love Transformers? Love G.I. Joe? Well, then you'll love our long chat about IDW's Transformers vs. G.I. Joe by John Barber and Tom Scioli.
