Serafina’s friend, Maria, had met Jennifer and told Serafina “I met the person you are going to marry.” Three months later, Serafina and Jennifer met, fell in love and have been together ever since. Ruby Rose, Serafina and Jennifer’s daughter, is the official taste tester and chicken finger inspiration for Hip Chick Farms. Laurent decided at a very young age that fitness was going to be his life. As a child he became sick and could not move. He was hospitalized and when he forced himself to move, he felt tremendous joy. Virginia was born in Argentina and came to the US as an exchange student.
