On December 13, as part of the Smart Women, Smart Power speaker series, Dr. Kathleen McInnis sat down with Ambassador Julianne Smith, U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO. The pair discussed the future of the NATO alliance, and the current situation in Ukraine amid Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, including Finland and Sweden’s succession to NATO.
