Most of us KNOW that what we eat on a day to day basis probably isn’t quite as good as it could be, but that doesn’t really help us.
And I should know – because I was there.
For years I struggled with my diet. It didn’t really matter what way of eating I followed, I never felt particularly good, I rarely had any energy, and I was rendered completely unable to make the changes to my body that I really desired.
And as a personal trainer who regularly gave out dietary advice… well, let’s just say that it didn’t sit all that well with me.
Fortunately, a very close friend of mine introduced me to some interesting research around the Ketogenic diet. While I was certainly a bit skeptical at first, I was also willing to try absolutely anything to make the changes that I wanted to make.
So I did try it…
And the rest (as they say) is history.
After introducing the ketogenic diet into my lifestyle, I started to feel a lot better on a daily basis. This came with increased energy combined with some pretty positive changes in my physical appearance (if I do say so myself...).
After having a heap of success with both myself and many of my clients, I thought this might be something that could help others who had experienced similar problems.
