Welcome to the Fist Bump podcast, I'm Kristen Duke, and with this podcast, I aim to share positivity and encouragement to teenagers, offering a virtual FIST BUMP on the daily through this podcast and Instagram @FistBump.PodcastI've run a parenting podcast, Beyond Good Intentions for the past year, and I decided to start this second podcast just for teens because I think they could use some extra encouragement and positivity. Thanks for checking this out...I'd love you to listen, share, offer suggestions for future discussions, and come back for more!
