My name is Ely and Im a full-time and freelance graphic designer. My girlfriends name is Laura and she is a full-time Appraisal Manager. Together, we have discovered that no matter how crazy our work lives can be, there is always laughter in it.Although we have much in common, our differences in pets, music, food, movies, and T.V. shows make for the best conversations.Tune in every Sunday, as we recap a synopsis of our work life and the candid situations we encounter on a daily basis.

    Happy Labor Day everyone! Little do some of you know, but Laura nursed me back to health after I had my wisdom teeth yanked out this past Thursday. It was my first time EVER going to the dentist. Surprisingly, I’m recovering rather well and I feel almost back to normal. Laura and I did some bargain hunting for a 3 piece sofa set and scored a crazy deal.

Laura and I went to watch Captain Marvel today as well as go for a bite to eat at a great bar-b-q place called Whitner’s. Today was unusually warm, which called our attention to be outside. Springing forward is tough, especially when your sleep becomes affected.

We recently watched the movie “Roma”, which has won numerous awards during the Oscars; where my heart strings were being pulled. I discuss a surprise promotion that I received at my job and rant about the effects of sun, alcohol, and cigarettes on your aging process.
