  • ES #001 To Quota or not to Quota

    01/02/2016 Duration: 15min

In To quota or not to quota I, Ellen Soentken, dive in to the matter on enforcing a quota for women in the board or not. To quota or not to quota? I feel in limbo with this subject. Quota for female leaders tend to have a failed project fragrance hanging around them. But the alternative is not that sexy either. No quota at all, when there is such a famine for female leadership in boards (and other senior leadership positions)  sounds more of a lazy chair option to me. That is why I coin the third option: Follow and be inspired by the Divine Proportion.
