Today we honor all fathers. What an amazing place our Dad plays in our life. But today we are also honoring our Heavenly Father on Father's Day. God became our Heavenly Father when we received Christ. He adopted us into His family and became our Father. He desires to speak certain things to us as a father would speak to their child. 

Just as we had to develop our natural senses when we came into the world, so we have to develop our spiritual senses when we are born again. It's part of the process to maturity. This is a message about understanding the need and now to develop our spiritual senses. 

This is a special Sunday honoring a man who has labored among us since Grace Church came into being. Dave Larson is moving to another city to join his family when the school year is done. This is a special time of showing our appreciation to a great man of God.
