Appearance means not your clothes but the way you appear outwardly – station in life, looks, job, titles, society, etc.   2) Being with God is better than BEING HERE!   “1…the day of death than the day of birth. 2It is better to go to the house of mourning than to go to the house of feasting, for this is the end of all mankind, and the living will lay it to heart.” (Ecclesiastes 7:1–2, ESV)   …the day you die is better than the day you are born.  It is better to spend your time at funerals than at festivals.
