Aurora Workman, President of the NCC Alumni Association, and Dr. Lynnda Nadien, talk with Leslie Pieters, the founder & coach of her company, One Minute Workout. She is also a Physical Education Teacher at Roosevelt Jr. Sr. High School, and currently a doctoral student. Leslie is also a former board member of the Alumni Association of Nassau Community College.
