What helps you get started on the right foot each day? I have a steady routine that allows me to wake up on the right side of the bed each day, and get a productive start to my morning. I avoid checking Facebook, news sites or e-mail when first waking up, because I have realized that if I see negative news it will negatively effect my mood for the rest of the day. The first thing I do every morning is eat a balanced meal. The Snicker's commercial that says you're not you when you're hungry couldn't be more true! The second thing I do each morning is pray that I may be of service to the world. Prayer helps to keep me humble, and saying a prayer before I start help working puts me in a more productive mindset.
