How I quickly notice and fix my bad mood, today. The first step if you want to fix your bad mood is to honestly identify where your mood is. Most of the time you will be in a bad mood because you are mad at someone or the rest of the world. The world is just fine the way it is, and all you can do is control your attitude regarding it. The main mistake I made in the past was turning to alcohol to change my mood. While this provided temporary relief, it didn't solve the problems I had.
