This weeks episode starts off with Josh and Amir have a conversation about fashion; what they like to wear, how it has evolved, and differences between men and women's fashion. This conversation then evolved into the different leadership roles, both masculine and feminine. They discuss the importance of these leadership roles especially in regards to young people and they talk about what masculinity is but what they think it should be.
