Dr. Schachter graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry. He currently serves as Administrator, California Central Coast Area for Vision Source, where he led this Vision Source region from its inception to having 28 thriving practices.Dr. Schachter is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Marshall B. Ketchum University, Fullerton, California.
