Today, I speak to the architect of the Heartbeat Bill, Janet Porter, who began the process over a decade ago of passing anti-abortion laws aimed at the heart of Roe.   Janet will tell her story of how God gave her the vision to create this innovative legislation that ultimately led to the overturning of Roe.
