Highlights From Moncrieff

Urkposhta, the National Postal Service of Ukraine, has released a special edition stamp that commemorates the defence against Russia of a Ukrainian island in the Black Sea. The stamp has been celebrated for its iconic design featuring a soldier flipping the bird to the invaders.
