John 20:19-31 After the resurrection of Jesus, the disciples still gathered in a locked room out of fear, until Jesus appeared and showed them his wounds. Thomas was not present then, and also expressed doubt when they told him about it. Jesus appeared again and made a point to address Thomas, showing him as well.
