Synopsis

Meditation reduces stress by giving your brain the space to let go of those thoughts which create tension. By meditating you strengthen the response of the pre-frontal cortex and reduce the impact of the amygdala, the control centre for the flight or fight mechanism. This meditation is great if you’ve had a stressful day and you’re struggling to switch off. This meditation is best listened to with headphones and while sitting or laying down somewhere quiet where you wont be bothered for about 15 minutes.
