This weeks Episode we have coach Jerry Prieto, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Crosby ISD. Coach walks us through some of his foundational program principals and how he installs these every offseason with a one to two week character intensive with his athletes. Coach is constantly calling his players to focus on their purpose,  education, and keeping their priorities in order. He shares how this has translated to success on the field after a couple of deep playoff runs in just his first few years.
