BIG PRISON SENTENCE FOR TRUCKER PLUS TESLA. A truck driver was recently sentenced to 110 yers in prison for a crash that resulted in multiple deaths. Rogel Aguilera-Mederos was convicted of vehicular homicide Because of the way the law is set up on Colorado, a judge had no choice but too hand down the stiff sentence. Public outcry has been overwhelming for this case. Over four million signatures have have been added to a petition calling for clemency for the trucker. Most agree that the punishment by far exceeded the conviction. More recently prosecutors handed the paperwork for clemency to the courts in Colorado asking for a sentence of 10 to 30 years.
