I’m Lisa Vicotria your co-host from across the pond in the U.K.  Today I'm joined by Angel Hiles a relational trauma therapist. This is a really, really important topic to talk about. Today, we're talking about what trauma is and how to recognize it. Relational Therapist, Coach, Writer, Teacher, Mom Angel Hiles is a licensed therapist in the state of Ohio and West Virginia. She has spent the last seven years vigorously studying the areas of trauma, human development, and relationships so that she could resolve her own wounds and be a more effective therapist and a healthier person.  Angel has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She was a school-based therapist in rural and inner-city schools where she provided trauma-informed care to clients and staff. She also provided substance use counseling to adolescents and adults.
