Giacomo discusses why the nature of government is to increase its own power and control, and how that can create a self-perpetuating cycle of fear that drives opportunism. He also dismisses theories that the COVID pandemic was part of some conspiracy, pointing out that if the coronavirus is a bioweapon, it’s an incredibly poor one.
