Uploading these old mixes, I’ve noticed that I always manage to knock out something special every February. Maybe it’s because I’ve fully recovered from the Christmas hangover. Perhaps it’s the Miami WMC on the horizon, so there’s a wad of inspiring new tunes out... Most probably it’s because it’s Selina’s birthday, which I often forget and so have to deliver a decent mix for her - even if it’s late.80 minutes of funky house tracks from feb ’04, with a few bootlegs and classics from the back of the box for good measure. Pure party fodder. The ‘all over my face’ track was co-produced by a good friend and former work colleague, Jon Shaw, who is sadly no longer with us.
