Value Adds Value!

Originally when we started workshopping this podcast episode we thought it was going to be about the importance of showing up at events that are important to our students. What it turned into is the importance of being willing to make sacrifices for our students and the number one thing we sacrifice for our kids is out time. We all live lives outside of school and have priorities, but too often we forget about the benefits of sacrificing some of our own time to be there for our kids.  We only see the time we are giving up, but we fail to realize all the benefits of giving that little bit of extra time and effort to our kids.
