As a White/Caucasian woman in this society, it’s important that we learn the truth about what we represent in society, our inner belief system, childhood upbringing, and the barbaric truth of this experience. These were just some of my thought streams after beginning the audiobooks, “Color of Law” by Richard Rothstein, and now introduced “The New Jim Crow” by Michelle Alexander.
