Patient retention is an important topic for chiropractors. Not only is it tough to run a successful small business if everyone who comes in the front door is leaving out the back, but it’s also difficult to help people as a chiropractor if patients won’t follow through with care. In this episode, I give an overview of patient retention. I discuss some of the misconceptions that chiropractors believe about retention, and I talk about the difference between lifetime patients and wellness patients.
