In this episode we continue the mini-series related to Zen koan "A Cup of Tea" as read in Season 1, Episode 15. In S01E15 we read the koan and talked about breathing techniques to calm the mind and gather focus. In S01E16 we went through a guided meditation to help accept the stress of change. In this final part of the series we talk about a technique called Affirmations that can help you focus on the positive.
