Lindsay Nofziger is a runner and competitive cyclist from the Seattle, WA area. She is a nurse practitioner by trade and has overcome a lot of obstacles including surgery complications that sidelined her for four months. She shares her experience as an athlete who has Type 1 Diabetes as well as her experiences cycling and ultra running.
