In this episode I dive into a very interesting topic around that I really like to ponder about. How every wound or injury is an opening for something bigger, that we can use the pain that we get to create something beautiful or bigger of it. This episode is very much inspired by Elliott Hulse who I heard this phrase from the first time. “Every time you or I are injured we have an opportunity to learn something new about ourselves, and be re-born with a new understanding about our bodies and about life.
