Welcome to the newest episode of the new Sydney Sexual Health Centre podcast! It's Mental Health Month this month, so we're talking about the intersections between mental health and sexual health. The theme of this year's Mental Health Month, "Share the Journey", emphasises that social connections and networks are vital to sustaining good mental health.
