Daniel Gershburg

A writer for Above the Law since 2008, Elie Mystal has an absolutely absurd story about how he got to where he is. After graduating Harvard Law School, he worked at a big firm until he couldn't anymore. In this episode we talk about the state of legal education today and whether the day of reckoning for law schools has arrived. We discuss what practicing law will be like just a few years from now and whether or not some we should open the floodgates to non lawyers.
