Ball & Boudoirs is a podcast series that explores and unmask one of the most successful black women in sport in the UK, but also one of the most silent when it comes to her personal life. The podcast is an honest, unguarded conversation about growing up black, sex, relationships, friendships, mental health and lifestyles of an award-winning journalist Benny Bonsu. Based in London, Benny shares her real-life struggles and breaks down the social stereotypes of being a woman of colour in an open and sometimes sticky conversation with people that know her best in an open podcast with the people that know her best.
