Let me share with you first why this title!  This quote spoke to me: "Life is like a ten-speed bike. Most of us have gears we never use."  ~ Charles Schultz And boy do I ever fall into that category!  So many gears I do not use.  But I also realize it's because I'm not always in alignment with my joy.   Joy shows up when we are in a place that align with our souls, our values, our dreams.
