This week, Ezekiel delivers a hard message to the people of Israel. God announces that because the Israelites have physically and spiritually turned their backs on Him, he will no longer hear their cries. They had become complacent with wearing a spiritual façade, going through the motions with no genuine heart behind them. Today, if we find ourselves in the same place, the solution is the same: to repent and turn back to Him--to surrender to Him and give Him the worship that only He deserves.
