Swiss Army Man writers/directors Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert are on the podcast! We discuss the inspirations behind this surreal film, working with Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano on the characters, and how they built a meaningful film out of a fart joke.  Swiss Army Man revolves around Paul Dano as Hank, a man trapped on a deserted island who is in the midst of hanging himself. He then discovers Manny, a gassy dead body lying on the shore, played by Daniel Radcliffe. Hank uses Manny’s farts to ride him to safety, which launches them on a surreal adventure, while posing some big questions about friendship, loneliness, love, and yes, farts.
