Kodak Black is having major issues behind bars. Although jail isn’t a vacation, humans still deserve basic rights.  We covered the story, back in December, Kodak claimed that he was drugged while behind bars and being mistreated. He claims his experience was “near-death.” The Florida rapper is singing the same tune, now he feels he’s being targeted. Kodak took to IG to talk about his mistreatment.  “Lieutenant F.
