I had a hell of a good time talking with Ernie about Spanish food and wine culture. He's lived an interesting life and has stories to tell. He's owned and operated restaurants in Nashville(his wife is current head chef of Etch) he's a deep sea charter fishing captain and he's traveled all over Spain throughout his life. He speaks the language and has tons of knowledge on regions, wine and food culture that go along with them. Enjoy getting to know Ernie as much as I did!
