My tips: Pre-pack your meals and bring in a cooler Bring non-perishable snacks (protein bars, protein powder) Bring a few Frozen meals Look for healthy restaurant options around the hotel you are staying Look at the restaurant menu online and choose the meal you will be eating and plan the rest of your macros around your meal of choice. Look for a local grocery store to buy veggies and fruits Have fun! Traveling doesn't mean that you have to restrict your food choices because you are on a diet.
