Megan Lilly, the Head of Workforce Development at Ai Group, discusses the Ai Group; Siemens and Swinburne University: Industry 4.0 Higher Apprenticeship pilot program with Tony Melville. The purpose of the pilot has been to create the first technology-focussed apprenticeship for the Industry 4.0 age.
