Today’s guest is Angie Dye. Angie is a business owner, part of a busy household with a spouse, teenagers and several pets and she enjoys a hobby of triathlon training including usually at least one 70.3 distance triathlon a year.  In this episode of the podcast we talk about how she got her start in triathlon. How she decided that she was ready to step up to a longer distance race.  Then we talk about how she and her family worked together to make that work.  Finding the time to train and race is a pretty popular question when we start talking about longer races.
