When I looked on Amazon to see how many books have been written on leadership, it said over 30,000.  On top of that there are countless speakers, conferences and membership organizations that profess to have the answer to the best type of leadership. But do they really?  Leadership, like culture is a never-ending journey. What type of information you need when you start a business is completely different from what you need when you get ready to exit.  In this episode I talk about some of the basic underlying fundamentals of effective leadership.
